What does your service cost?

Our commission rate is a flat 20% for all our rental management services. Most online booking websites tag on additional fees for partner booking, credit card service fee, foreign transaction.

I rent the home to friends and family. Can you still rent my home?

Yes, we understand that when you own a vacation home you will have friends and family who want to use the home. We do not charge you for using your own home. We ask to be advised so that we may block the dates you and your family would like to stay at the property.

This is my first time renting my home.
